Briana Argueta joined Maldonado & Vallejo Immigration Law in December 2023. She is from Land O’ Lakes, Florida, but her parents are from El Salvador, having immigrated to the U.S. at a young age. Immigrating to the U.S. opened up opportunities for her family and significantly impacted their lives. Having witnessed the challenges and complexities of the immigration process firsthand, she is deeply committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of the law firm’s clients. She embodies a positive and uplifting mindset and is dedicated to fostering a welcoming environment at the firm.

Ms. Argueta is passionate about serving her community, particularly families and the youth. In her free time, she enjoys running at the University of Florida campus, exercising, spending time outdoors, and traveling.
